RANAL AND KOLTANBAR join hands to form Strategic Alliance

Ranal and Koltanbar are happy to announce the Management and Strategic Alliance formed between them effective November 12, 2007.

Under the agreement signed between Koltanbar Engineering Company and Ranal Inc, Koltanbar will operate under the management of Ranal and the two companies will work together to provide end-to-end manufacturing engineering design services to the international market. Koltanbar and Ranal will continue to remain separate legal entities and for all purposes will be run as separate companies. However, in the spirit of the agreement, the companies will share their strengths and foster synergized win-win strategies to offer comprehensive global engineering solutions to the international market space.

The synergies of collaboration between Koltanbar and Ranal will deliver end-to-end BiW engineering solutions to worldwide customers. With Koltanbar's dominance in processing and Ranal's global leadership in tool design, simulation and product design engineering it is anticipated that both companies will expand its customer base and diversify its offerings. Diversification plans includes manufacturing engineering offerings to the aerospace industry. This is a great opportunity for the employees of Ranal and Koltanbar in the interest of growth and prosperity for both companies.

On Wednesday, November 14th 2007 Ranal hosted an Open House for the employees of Koltanbar to visit the Ranal office in Auburn Hills.
