'What-if' case scenarios are used for further optimizing the process design.
	Benefits Analysis: Using the built in cost parameters within CAMeLEAN, the benefits from the new process work flow are quantified to provide immediate visual ROI upfront.

	IT Infrastructure Analysis: Existing legacy systems represent significant investments to clients. Our consultants therefore study existing legacy systems to identify CAMeLEAN® solution points that impact on the underlying architecture, how to blend our platform neutral technology with these legacy technologies so that the integration path is future-proof.
	Deployment Plan: Taking detailed perspectives from the client IT team, our consultants draw up a detailed Deployment Plan denoting resources, time frames and costs involved. Care is taken to prevent any serious dislocation to the client. Backup alternatives are built into this Deployment Plan.
	Prototyping & Implementation: Using the Deployment Plan as a guide, a prototype implementation of CAMeLEAN® is rolled out on a limited basis for analyzing its enterprise-wide repercussions. Based on the success of the prototyping exercise, the final implementation is carried out taking into account the feedback from the prototyping exercise results.
